Therefore, even if the foreign matter Q is large, the net member 33 can securely capture the foreign matter Q so as to prevent the foreign matter Q from being caught in the throttle valve 32. The net member 33 can be easily attached to a throttle body 31, enables post-attachment and is applicable to an existing product.
