摘要:本发明公开了一种抗静电汽车扶手材料,按以下组分的质量份数配比制备:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为25-35份,丙烯腈、丁二烯和苯乙烯的三元共聚物即ABS为45-55份,耐热增韧剂为2.25-2.75份,抗静电剂为9-11份,阻燃剂为6-8份,抗氧剂为0.15-0.25份;所述的抗静电剂为乙氧基化烷基胺;所述的阻燃剂为氢氧化铝或氢氧化镁或红磷或三氧化二梯的一种或几种混合。本发明提供的抗静电汽车扶手材料,对汽车所用的制造材料进行改进而大幅提升抗静电性能,消除汽车扶手的静电触发产生,提高扶手使用的舒适度,满足汽车的高品质需求。
