摘要:本发明公开了一种疏水性凹凸棒土的制备方法,包括以下步骤:先将凹凸棒土矿进行粉碎,然后加入到乙醇中,稀释搅拌,再利用氨基硅油进行修饰,最后干燥研磨得到疏水凹凸棒土。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明的一种疏水性凹凸棒土的制备方法工艺简单,成本低廉,制备效率高,凹凸棒土疏水性能好且稳定。

主权项:一种疏水性凹凸棒土的制备方法,包括选矿步骤:选取天然凹凸棒土矿作为原料,粉碎步骤:采用磨粉设备对所述天然凹凸棒土矿进行粉碎成200‑300目的凹凸棒土粉,其特征在于:还包括以下步骤:(1)乙醇稀释步骤:室温下,将4‑6g凹凸棒土粉末(200‑300目)加入到25‑40ml乙醇中,以转速200‑300rpm搅拌10‑30分钟,得到凹凸棒土乙醇悬浊液;(2)有机改性步骤:在25‑35℃下,往经乙醇稀释搅拌得到的凹凸棒土乙醇悬浊液中,加入0.5‑3ml氨基硅油,并以转速200‑300rpm继续搅拌1‑5h,使凹凸棒土表面修饰上氨基硅油分子;(3)干燥步骤:将有机修饰改性得到的液体置于30‑60℃烘箱干燥1‑5h;(4)研磨步骤:将干燥得到的,加以研磨1‑10min,得到疏水性凹凸棒土粉末。
