摘要:本发明公开了用于制造汽车前消声器端盖时板材的裁切系统,包括两根立杆及由上至下依次设置的上连接杆、定位板、冲头及板材定位座,上连接杆和板材定位座均固定在两根立杆上,定位板的两端分别套设在两根立杆上。冲头连接于定位板的下端面且与板材定位座的刃口位置对应,定位板下端面通过弹性件连接有卸料板。裁切系统还包括曲柄连杆机构,其包括活塞连杆组件和曲轴飞轮组件,活塞连杆组件的连杆连接于上连接杆的上端面。本发明采用上述结构,立杆、定位板、冲头及板材定位座构成一个整体,板材定位座和冲头均由立杆进行限位,能避免板材定位座和冲头发生偏移,从而使冲裁过程能连续的进行,避免因冲头或板材定位座发生偏移而影响裁切效率。

主权项:用于制造汽车前消声器端盖时板材的裁切系统,其特征在于:包括两根立杆(1)及由上至下依次设置的上连接杆(9)、定位板(2)、冲头(4)及板材定位座(3),所述上连接杆(9)和板材定位座(3)两者的两端均分别固定在两根立杆(1)上,所述定位板(2)的两端分别套设在两根立杆(1)上,板材定位座(3)设有穿孔,穿孔的边缘构成刃口,所述冲头(4)连接于定位板(2)的下端面且与板材定位座(3)的刃口位置对应,定位板(2)下端面通过弹性件(5)连接有卸料板(6);所述裁切系统还包括曲柄连杆机构,所述曲柄连杆机构包括活塞连杆组件(11)及与活塞连杆组件(11)连接的曲轴飞轮组件(12),所述活塞连杆组件(11)的连杆连接于上连接杆(9)的上端面。
