摘要：<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat recovery device capable of being downsized with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A heat recovery device 10 includes: a first exhaust gas circulation part 2 that contacts with the inner periphery of an exhaust gas passage 1; a second exhaust gas circulation part 3 that is arranged in the exhaust gas passage 1 and in parallel with the first exhaust gas circulation part 2 in a direction orthogonal to an exhaust gas flow direction, and has a temperature characteristic that its ventilation resistance is larger than the first exhaust gas circulation part 2 when an exhaust gas temperature is low, and is lower than the first exhaust gas circulation part 2 when the exhaust temperature is higher than that at the time of the low temperature; and a water jacket 4 that is provided in a portion contacting with the first exhaust gas circulation part 2 of the exhaust gas passage 1.</p>
