摘要:本发明提供的一种纳米碳纤维恒张力拉伸设备的平衡装置包括设备机架、平衡链轮、平衡链、张力拉伸辊、高精度直线轨和张力平衡锤;其中的张力平衡锤通过平衡链与张力拉伸辊相连,高精度直线轨固定安装在设备机架上,张力拉伸辊与高精度直线轨活动连接并可在高精度直线轨上移动;平衡链轮固定在设备机架上,与平衡链配合传递拉力,张力拉伸辊与纳米碳纤维接触;本发明的优势在于本装置的纳米碳纤维上下设备简便;可根据纳米碳纤维生产性能的需求调节所需的张力;采用了高精度直线轨,使张力拉伸辊运行精度得以保证,从而提高了碳纤维拉伸的质量;运行中产生的噪音小,具有较好的劳动生产环境;结构简单,易于装配和维护。

主权项:一种纳米碳纤维恒张力拉伸设备的平衡装置,其特征在于该装置包括:设备机架(1),用来安装和固定各设备零部件;平衡链轮(2),与平衡链(3)配合成为传动机构;平衡链(3),与平衡链轮(2)配合成为传动机构;张力拉伸辊(4),与纳米碳纤维接触,在纳米碳纤维运动及动力的带动下而转动;高精度直线轨(5),支撑张力拉伸辊(4)在其上移动,保证张力拉伸辊(4)的运行精度;张力平衡锤(6),通过平衡链(3)与张力拉伸辊4连接,保障纳米碳纤维在一定的张力作用下实现拉伸;其中的张力平衡锤(6)通过平衡链(3)与张力拉伸辊(4)相连,高精度直线轨(5)固定安装在设备机架(1)上,张力拉伸辊(4)与高精度直线轨(5)活动连接并在其上移动;平衡链轮(2)固定在设备机架(1)上,支撑平衡链(3)配合传递拉力;张力拉伸辊(4)与纳米碳纤维接触被动滚动。
