主权项:一种检测依鲁替尼的方法,其包括:在高效液相色谱仪上进行检测,色谱柱为CHIRALPAK‑AD‑H,250mm X 4.6mm,5μm,手性色谱柱;流动相为烷烃溶剂和醇溶剂的混合溶剂,烷烃溶剂与醇溶剂的体积比为35:65;柱温为25℃‑40℃;流速为0.3mL/min‑0.9mL/min;检测波长为230nm‑270nm。
