摘要:一种用于装载机变速器中的二轴总成,本发明通过在花键轴(16)的花键上设有高速齿轮(14),在高速齿轮(14)的一侧设有离合器组件B(20),所述离合器组件B(20)的外缘面上设有外环齿轮B(13),在离合器组件B(20)与外环齿轮B(13)之间间隔设有轴承C(17)和轴承D(18)以实现二轴总成自动转换的功能,降低了加工难度和装配难度,提高离合器组件B与高速齿轮同轴度的装配精度,使离合器组件B中滚柱受力均匀,提高离合器组件B的工作性能、承载能力及可靠性,减少了二轴总成系统零部件数量,本发明具有结构简单,维护方便的特点,大大推动了工程机械领域的技术进步等。
