摘要:本实用新型旨在解决现有的坯件在辊道窖中的移动路线容易因辊棒尺寸等原因发生偏移,影响坯件输送的问题,提供一种陶瓷辊道,其包括若干平行排列的棒体,相邻棒体间存在棒间间隙,每隔若干个棒间间隙处沿棒体长度方向设有若干纠偏挡块,纠偏挡块的上表面高于所传输的坯件上表面,在同一个棒间间隙中的相邻两个纠偏挡块之间为纠偏口,纠偏挡块上端为矩形,下端为半圆形,使得纠偏口呈喇叭形,纠偏口上端的宽度等于所传输的坯件的宽度,纠偏口下端的宽度大于所传输的坯件的宽度,坯件从纠偏口的下端向纠偏口的上端移动。本实用新型的有益效果是,能纠正坯件偏移的移动路线,不会造成相邻坯件相互碰伤或坯件卡滞堵塞的现象。
