主权项:1.一种按柄式新颖给水装置,其主要包括有:一上本体,其包含有接合本体止水座、螺丝、顶帽、螺柱、金属垫圈及防漏橡胶环,其中,上本体系套于接合本体止水座上,于上本体与接合本体止水座间设有金属垫圈,并使上本体之凸缘顶压于接合本体止水座之凸缘上,于上本体之凸缘上套设一金属垫圈,并使上本体之凸缘顶压于接合本体止水座之凸缘上,于上本体之凸缘上套设一金属垫圈,该金属垫圈与接合本体止水座上以一顶帽顶压,藉螺柱穿入螺接顶帽、接合本体止水座,并顶压于防漏橡胶环上后,藉螺丝穿入顶帽锁接于接合体止水座之任一小屈孔上以固接上述之组件,于上述组件之中心并形成一可置于调节杆之轴孔;一下本体,其上方与接合本体止水座螺接,并以一固定螺丝锁固,于下本体与接合本体止水座凸缘间套设垫圈,底部可连接水管,中央设有调节室,调节室上方设有入水口,右方设有内螺纹螺接一螺柱,螺柱外端套接一连接管,连接管与螺柱上,并以一内螺套套接,内螺套与连接管之间并置放二防漏橡胶环及一梯形环,于连接管之另一端螺接一T 型管,T 型管之出水口并螺接一内套管,内套管内并置放一过滤网及防漏橡胶环;一调节杆,其下方系配置一橡胶体,橡胶体中央形成一轴心柱,轴心柱上端外缘设有凹缘,下端设有内凹缘,橡胶体底部设有弧形凸缘、弧形凸缘内侧设有弧形面与弧形凸缘之顶点均呈平行,且该弧形面外径大于入水口外径,该橡胶体顶压于调节室之入水口时,藉弧形面顶压入水口、弧形凸缘顶压内凹面,以使橡胶体与调节室密合接触,以防止水由入水口或凹面渗内,且橡胶骿之凹缘及内凹缘系与调节杆下方之二凸缘嵌接,于调节杆上方设有凹槽及销孔;一按柄,其为控制水流之流量启及闭者,该按柄前方之延伸部设有轴孔及销孔,该轴孔内可穿置一二端设有螺纹之螺杆,并于螺杆二端螺接固定环,该固定环与延伸部之结合体嵌插于上本体之缺口内,并使延伸部前缘置入调节杆之凹槽,藉锁插入按柄及调节杆之锁孔内,以固定按柄之位置;其中,上本体系藉接合本体止水座与金属垫圈、顶帽顶压于上本体凸缘之上下端,并藉螺丝经顶帽之螺孔锁接固定接合本体止水座以固定上本体之位置,上本体与下水体之结合则藉接合本体止水座之外螺纹与下本体之内螺接,因此上本体与上述组件均呈顶压接合,故上本体可作轴向360旋转,以自由控制按柄之位置为其特征者。2.如请求专利部份第1.项所述之按柄式新颖给水装置,其中,按柄亦可于其前缘设成圆盘,并直接嵌于调节杆之凹孔内,以使按柄之销孔部份以一销固定位于上本体之缺口上,以趋使按柄按压时,可以按柄销孔内之销作轴心上下位移为其特征。3.如请求专利部份第1.项所述之按柄式新颖给水装置,其中,下本体亦可直接于其内延伸设有凸缘,内凸缘上形成入水口及内凹面,于下本体一侧设有外螺柱以连接水管,于下本体之外螺纹套接一内套管,内套管内设有防漏橡胶环及过滤网,以使按压按柄时水流可由水管进入下本体,由下本体之入水口进入经出水口流出为其特征者。
