摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving type hearth furnace and an exchange method of a screw conveyor, capable of safely and easily exchanging the screw conveyor. SOLUTION: The moving type hearth furnace includes: an aperture for taking the screw conveyor out to outside the furnace, which is formed wider than a diameter of a screw wing along a shaft direction of the screw conveyor on an upper surface of the furnace for forming furnace space; a screw cover which is a circular cylindrical member with an arc shape cross section of a semi-circle larger than a diameter of the screw blade or more, and whose circumferential face closes the aperture by straddling and covering a longitudinal edge facing the aperture, and which is freely rotated with a center of the semi-circle or the arc as a rotation shaft; a lifting device for relatively lifting the screw conveyor, to the upper face of the furnace floor so that the screw conveyor may be positioned in a separated state from a rotation furnace floor, in an area inside a rotation track of the screw cover.
