摘要:本发明公开了一种纳米AGM隔板及其制备方法,其特征在于该AGM隔板由玻璃纤维、海泡石粉、稻壳灰、粉煤灰组成。所述玻璃纤维重量百分比为40~70%,直径为1~15μm;海泡石粉重量百分比为10~25%,细度为350~1000目;稻壳灰重量百分比为15~25%,细度为150~325目;粉煤灰为国标一级粉煤灰,重量百分比为5~10%,细度为150~500目。该种隔板中的海泡石粉、稻壳灰、粉煤灰均具有微观纳米孔结构,吸收电解液能力强,同时这些粉体又能对隔板起到支承作用,使隔板结构更稳定。该制备方法所需原料来源广泛、生产成本低廉、工艺简单,且大大降低了环境污染。
