摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device capable of suppressing motor rotation when a power storage device is discharged, and a construction machine including the same.SOLUTION: A motor control device 10 comprises a current control unit 1 which controls the current supplied from a power storage device E to a motor M and a rotation detection unit 2 which detects rotation of the motor M. The current control unit 1 supplies only d-axis current to the motor M according to a discharge command. If the rotation of the motor M is detected by the rotation detection unit 2 when the power storage device E is being discharged, the current control unit 1 controls the d-axis current so as to suppress the rotation of the motor M.
