摘要：The present invention provides a mobile terminal, comprising: a first information recording unit, used for recording first motion information of a mobile terminal; a first pairing processing unit, used for generating a first pairing request; the first pairing request using the first motion information as a pairing key, or parsing a second pairing request, which uses as a pairing key the second motion information of the wearable device and which is received from the wearable device; when the second motion information and the first motion information are matched to one another, also generating a second pairing request response message, used for a pairing connection; a first data exchange unit, used for sending a first pairing request or for receiving a second pairing request and sending a corresponding response message. The present invention also discloses a wearable device and a pairing method. By means of the technical solution of the present invention, it is possible to fully utilize the synchronicity, when a wearable device is being worn, of the device and the movement of a user's limbs, to achieve a convenient and accurate pairing connection between a mobile terminal and a wearable device.
