摘要:<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device which efficiently homogenizes liquid in a horizontal portion of a liquid supply passage.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge device includes: a head for discharging liquid containing a component which settles; a storage section in which liquid is stored; a supply passage which supplies the liquid from the storage part to the head through a path extending in a horizontal direction; and an acceleration section which accelerates a part of the supply passage including at least the path at an acceleration speed having an acceleration component acting downward in a vertical direction. As the supply passage, a supply passage including an upstream side portion connected with the storage section, a first connection portion connected with the upstream side portion, a horizontal portion connected with the first connection portion and extending in the horizontal direction, a second connection portion connected with the horizontal portion, and a downstream side portion connected with the second connection portion and the head may be adopted. The acceleration section accelerates the horizontal portion at the above-described acceleration speed relative to the upstream side portion and the downstream side portion.</p>
