摘要：The present invention relates to a microorganism culturing device having a sterilized culture medium feeding unit. Only by feeding steam in the culture medium feeding unit and discharging the steam to the outside, the culture medium feeding unit is sterilized and the culture medium feeding unit is connected with a discharging unit of a culture medium container. A liquid culture medium is poured and fed so that the culture medium can be rapidly fed. The culture medium feeding unit comprises: a vertical communication pipe that is formed to protrude to the top on the top plate of the culturing tank and has a screw part formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof; a first opening and closing valve that is coupled with the top of the vertical communication pipe; a vertical connection pipe that is connected with the top of the first opening and closing valve and has a screw part formed on the outer circumferential surface at the top thereof; a second opening and closing valve that is coupled with the top of the vertical connection pipe; a feeding pipe that is connected with the top of the second opening and closing valve; a feeding pipe lid that closes the top of the feeding pipe; a steam supply pipe that is connected with the top of the vertical connection pipe and has a third opening and closing valve installed thereon; and a steam discharge pipe that is connected with the bottom of the vertical connection pipe and has a fourth opening and closing valve installed thereon.
