摘要：<p>The invention concerns a fixing device for a cladding plate (12) on the undercarriage (14) of a vehicle, especially a heavy goods vehicle, with a top and bottom suspension for releasably attaching the cladding plate to the undercarriage. The cladding plate can be pivoted away from the vehicle at its bottom suspension (22) and removed in said pivoted-away position, whilst the top suspension comprises a manual-release lock (72). According to the invention, the bottom suspension comprises a bearing (26) attached to an assembly element with a C-shaped cross-section and an axle (28) which lies rotatably in a bearing, which has different cross-sections in different directions of its diameter. The top suspension may comprise a receiving element (56) and an insert (54) with complementary angled surfaces for centering.</p>
