摘要：本发明系关于一种含钼胚料及含钼溅镀靶材之制造方法,该含钼胚料之制造方法包括以下步骤:(a)提供一钼粉;(b)添加一含碳物质粉末于该钼粉中,并使该含碳物质粉末与该钼粉混合,以形成一混合粉末;及(c)将该混合粉末填入一模具中,并热压该模具,以将该模具内之该混合粉末热压成该含钼胚料。
