摘要:本发明公开了一种节能灯用蓝色发光材料及其制备方法,它采用的助熔剂为氟化物、碳酸盐或铵盐中的一种或两种以上,且它的分子式为Ba<sub>s1</sub>Eu<sub>s2</sub>Mg<sub>s3</sub>Mn<sub>s4</sub>Al<sub>10+s5</sub>O<sub>17+s6</sub>。相关的试验表明本发明的材料与现有技术相比具有很好的微观形貌、很高的发光强度、较好的热稳定性,是一种具有较大应用前景的节能灯用蓝色发光材料。
主权项:一种节能灯用蓝色发光材料的制备方法,其特征在于:它包括:步骤1,蓝色发光材料分子式为Ba<sub>0.9</sub>Eu<sub>0.1</sub>Mg<sub>0.98</sub>Mn<sub>0.02</sub>Al<sub>10</sub>O<sub>17</sub>,预备Ba<sub>0.9</sub>Eu<sub>0.1</sub>Mg<sub>0.98</sub>Mn<sub>0.02</sub>Al<sub>10</sub>O<sub>17</sub>所需的原料,按化学剂量比称取钡盐、氧化镁或镁盐、氧化铝、氧化铕和锰盐,并加入助溶剂为BaF<sub>2</sub>和Li<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>的复合助熔剂,所述BaF<sub>2</sub>和Li<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>分别为5wt%BaF<sub>2</sub>和3wt%Li<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>;步骤2,将原料研磨到微米级并混合均匀;步骤3,在1400℃~1550℃条件下,在还原性气氛中进行煅烧还原;步骤4,冷却还原产物,再研磨至200目以下。
