摘要:本发明公开了一种真空玻璃检测系统,包括多层玻璃检测台、玻璃传输装置、玻璃托提机构与自动检控装置。本发明中采用多层玻璃检测台,可多层同时对真空玻璃进行检测,从而大大缩小真空玻璃检测系统的长度,节约场地面积和成本,符合真空玻璃生产节奏,提高真空玻璃生产效率,本发明通过玻璃托提机构方便地向多层玻璃检测台取送真空玻璃,结构简单、使用可靠,制作成本低廉,易于推广,有很强的市场价值。

主权项:一种真空玻璃检测系统,其特征在于,包括:多层玻璃检测台,所述多层玻璃检测台包括两层以上平行设置的用于支撑玻璃的台架,所述每层台架内均安装有快速热导仪;玻璃传输装置,所述玻璃传输装置通过支架固定安装在地面上,传输面连续的位于所述多层玻璃检测台下方,并沿所述多层玻璃检测台前后两端向远处延续;玻璃托提机构,所述玻璃托提机构为2个,分别位于所述多层玻璃检测台的入口与出口;自动检控装置,所述自动检控装置控制所述玻璃传输装置传输玻璃,控制所述多层玻璃检测台入口处的所述玻璃托提机构从所述玻璃传输装置上托取玻璃并提升送至所述多层玻璃检测台的相应台架,控制所述多层玻璃检测台出口处的所述玻璃托提机构从所述多层玻璃检测台的相应台架托取玻璃并降送至所述玻璃传输装置上,控制所述多层玻璃检测台内的所述快速热导仪对玻璃进行真空检测。
