摘要:本发明公开了一种六自由度并联微平台,包括静平台和动平台,动平台下表面均匀安装有三组固定轴承座,每组固定轴承座向下通过两条支链与静平台传动连接,即静平台和动平台之间总共设置有三组固定轴承座及其六条支链。本发明的装置,通过微平台安装孔将静平台固定于宏机器人末端安装端面,通过动平台上的手爪安装孔将末端执行器固定在动平台上,尺寸小、重量轻、刚度及精度高,实现了装配过程中工件空间位姿的六个自由度高精度微调,达到精密装配的目的。
