摘要:本实用新型涉及一种用于薄壁套筒的柔性自定心夹具,心轴两端分别开有通槽,通槽内活动配合连接压板,心轴外圆柱上配合连接定位套,定位套两侧与压板之间分别装有柔性定位胀紧圈,两块压板分别与心轴中心孔内的螺杆两侧的螺纹轴连接,一块压板与螺杆的螺纹轴左螺纹连接,另一块压板与螺杆的螺纹轴右螺纹连接,螺杆两侧的螺纹轴内侧面分别与心轴中心孔内的两侧内端面接触连接,心轴的前端与法兰固定连接。它结构简单,能够实现自定心,特别是使用了柔性定位胀紧圈后,在装夹薄壁长零件的加工过程中,通过柔性定位胀紧圈来夹紧薄壁长零件,使加工后的薄壁长零件变形量小,定位精度高,能保证加工后的薄壁长零件的同轴度和垂直度,并且便于薄壁长零件装卸。
