摘要:本发明是一种脱落正畸托槽底板粘结剂的激光去除方法。本发明将正畸托槽通过夹具放置于激光光路路径中,利用指示激光,通过变动正畸托槽夹具与光束整形聚焦系统之间的位置来调整指示光斑,使指示激光光斑能够完全覆盖正畸托槽;根据正畸托槽的类型和底板结构,设定准分子激光器输出特性后对正畸托槽进行辐照,并通过实时监控系统观察正畸托槽表面状况,粘结剂去除完成后结束辐照。该发明能够直接实现各类型正畸托槽,装配、拆卸方便,去除工艺简单,整个过程快速有效,无需任何冷却条件配置,单件正畸托槽底板粘结剂的整个去除过程最快仅约30秒左右,且不引入外来污染,绿色环保。<!--1-->

主权项:一种脱落正畸托槽底板粘结剂的激光去除方法,其特征在于,应用如下装置依次包括:具有可见光波段指示用准分子激光器(1)、光束整形聚焦系统(2)、具有滤波单元的实时监控系统(3)、正畸托槽夹具(4);该方法包括以下步骤:1)将待处理的正畸托槽固定于正畸托槽夹具(4)中;随后将装配好的正畸托槽夹具(4)置于准分子激光器(1)的光束传输路径中;2)利用指示激光,通过变动正畸托槽夹具(4)与光束整形聚焦系统(2)之间的位置来调整指示光斑,其间距范围为40~45cm,使指示激光光斑能够完全覆盖正畸托槽;3)按照所要处理的正畸托槽类型和底板结构,设定准分子激光器(1)的输出功率、脉冲个数和辐照频率,对正畸托槽进行脉冲辐照,通过具有滤波单元的实时监控系统(3),观察正畸托槽底板状态,直至底板残余粘结剂完全去除殆尽后停止辐照;去除过程中,准分子激光器的输出功率为625mJ~820mJ,激光在正畸托槽底板处的能量密度为1.3J/cm²~1.7J/cm²,脉冲数为50~200个,采用2Hz~8Hz的低频辐照。
