摘要：The invention relates to a process for recovering and purifying bile salt-stimulated lipase (BSSL) in a solution which contains impurities, said process comprising the steps: (i) applying BSSL to a hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) resin; (ii) removing impurities by washing said HIC resin with a wash composition having a pH in the range from 4 to 5; and (iii) recovering BSSL from said HIC resin.
