摘要：The present invention relates to an eco-friendly liquid deicer and a manufacturing method thereof. 80-90 wt% of a concentrated acid containing a nitric acid solution with 12-20% of concentration and an acetic acid solution with 20-30% of concentration and 10-20 wt% of magnesium oxide with 86-95% of concentration are put into a mixer and are mixed. A material produced by an acid-base neutralization reaction during the mixing step is filtered and is discharged as an eco-friendly liquid deicer when the measured results of the material produced by an acid-base neutralization reaction during the mixing step are within a range of pH 7.0-7.5.
