摘要：An active headrest of the present invention includes: a seat back frame; a headrest which is included to be movable in the front and rear direction by a mobile link in the upper part of the seat back frame; a hinge bracket which is included in the seat back frame and is rotated by a rear side impact; and an operation connecting unit which is included in the seat back frame and makes the headrest move forwards by delivering the rotation of the hinge bracket to the mobile link. The operation connecting unit includes: a stay which is connected with the headrest in the upper part; an upper combining part which is inserted into the stay and accommodates an upper wire which is connected to the mobile link inside; a lower combining part in which a lower wire connected to the hinge bracket in one end part is accommodated and the stay is inserted; and a middle connecting part which is included between the upper combining part and the lower combining part and fixates the position of the lower part of the upper wire and the position of the upper part of the lower wire.
