摘要：FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: high-quality instant diagnosis for malignant growths of parotid salivary gland by a patient's blood serum and oral fluid biomarkers is ensured by the patient's venous blood plasma and oral fluid examination by standard immunoelectrochemiluminescence. The patient's venous blood and oral fluid are sampled in any order. The patient's oral fluid biomarker is a cancer antigen 125 (CA 125), while the blood plasma biomarker is neuron-specific enolase; if in the patient's oral fluid CA 125 is found in an amount of 957.1-1,528.5 unit/ml and an amount of neuron-specific enolase is 30-57.9 ng/ml, adenocarcinoma of the parotid salivary gland is diagnosed in the patient. If the patient's oral fluid CA 125 is 1,739.3-2,709.7 unit/ml, and if blood plasma neuron-specific enolase is 16.1-24.5 ng/ml, lymphoma of the parotid salivary gland is diagnosed.
