摘要:The present invention relates to a portable robot system and a control method thereof. The portable robot system includes a robot which is installed to move along a workpiece; a robot controller connected to a robot; and an instruction-operation device connected to the robot controller in order to instruct tasks to the robot. The robot includes a joint unit including a plurality of arms and working equipment to enable the multi-axial movement; and a plurality of leg units which is joined to the rear part of the joint unit and fixed to the floor of a working space and the workpiece. The portable robot system and the control method thereof can repeatedly perform tasks by resetting a working region using a detection member when the robot is moved during a process for performing tasks on large-size workpieces.
