摘要:本发明公开了一种保坍型密胺减水剂及其制备方法,其由以下质量份的原料通过羟甲基化、磺化、缩合、重整步骤制备得到:甲醛水溶液25~35份;三聚氰胺13~18份;磺化剂10~20份;缓凝剂2~4份;醚化剂2~4份。本发明公开的密胺减水剂高效高减水、保坍性优异,适合用于配制高性能混凝土或商品混凝土,其性能达到或超过GB8076及GB8077标准要求。

主权项:一种保坍型密胺减水剂的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下质量份的原料通过以下制备方法制备得到:甲醛水溶液          25~35份三聚氰胺            13~18份磺化剂              10~20份缓凝剂              2~4份醚化剂              2~4份所述保坍型密胺减水剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)羟甲基化:将甲醛水溶液、三聚氰胺加入水中搅拌均匀,用乙二胺调节体系pH值至9~10,然后于80~85℃下反应30~40分钟;(2)官能化:将上述反应体系的温度降低至60~65℃,然后加入磺化剂、缓凝剂,搅拌溶解,用乙二胺调节体系pH值为9~10,再于80~85℃下反应1.5~2小时;(3)缩合:将醚化剂加入上述反应体系中,搅拌混合均匀,然后降温至60~65℃,再用硫酸水溶液调节体系pH值至6~6.5,反应2~2.5小时;(4)重整:将上述反应体系回流1.5~2小时,降温至50~60℃;然后用乙二胺调节pH值至8~9即得到所述的保坍型密胺减水剂; 其中,所述缓凝剂为2‑羟基‑1,2,3‑丙三羧酸三钠;所述醚化剂为聚乙二醇。
