摘要:发明公开一种多糖铁复合物的制备方法及其质量检测方法。制备方法为:在反应罐中加入三氯化铁水溶液和糖浆搅拌,用碱溶液溶解、搅拌与铁离子络合稳定,生成多糖铁复合物,离心、洗涤、干燥即得。制备方法反应步骤少,反应条件温和,重现性很好,工艺条件可靠,具有可操作性;且反应中没有有害气体产生。本发明多糖铁复合物含量测定方法准确度高,精密度好,专属性、耐用性强,满足线性要求,方法准确、灵敏且简便。

主权项:一种多糖铁复合物的制备方法,其特征在于该方法包括如下步骤: A.在反应罐中加入1000‑1200重量份28%—36%浓度的六水合三氯化铁水溶液和750‑790重量份20%—30%浓度的糖浆,在60‑90分钟内将700‑1100重量份20%浓度的碳酸钠水溶液加入反应罐中,控制反应温度为0‑10℃,搅拌至反应完毕; B.加入500‑650重量份20%浓度的氢氧化钠溶液,升温至55‑85℃,反应时间为90分钟以上,得到反应液; C.加入等体积的沉淀剂,离心固液分离,所得沉淀物再加入30%‑70%的沉淀剂洗涤二次,干燥,即得多糖铁复合物。
