摘要:发明公开了一种解淀粉芽孢杆菌Sh1微胶囊,该微胶囊颗粒大致呈球形,表面有凹陷,但没有孔和裂纹;该微胶囊颗粒粒径大小为8~12μm,且分布基本均匀,其有效含菌量的对数值为6.64-9.28。本发明还提供了该微胶囊的制备方法,其包括步骤:1)将解淀粉芽孢杆菌Sh1溶液、乳液、悬液或浆状物与无菌明胶溶液均匀混合;2)将步骤(1)所获得混合物进行喷雾干燥,最终制备成微胶囊粉末,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中所述无菌明胶的浓度为2-6%。
