The interaction method of a terminal and a cloud system comprises: a terminal interacts with a cloud system server to obtain a start key delivered by the cloud system server; the terminal uses the start key to encrypt login information of a user and sends the encrypted login information to the cloud system server; the terminal receives a start configuration file, generated by the cloud system server according to the login information of the user, from the cloud system server; and the terminal starts according to the start configuration file. The present invention can improve the security of interaction between a terminal and a cloud system server.
