摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously prevent failures of various electrical equipment caused by a surge voltage resulting from indirect lightning stroke invaded from not only a power line but also a communication line, by using simple means.SOLUTION: Varistors 17-19 and a gas arrester 20 as a lightning protector for power supply and a gas arrester 21 as a lightning protector for communication are incorporated into a housing 11. An insertion plug 12 with a ground terminal 12c is arranged on an upper back side of the housing 11, and a plug acceptor 13 is arranged on a central front side of the housing 11. The varistors 17-19 and the gas arrester 20 are connected between the insertion plug 12 and the ground terminal 12c, and the plug acceptor 13 is connected in parallel to the varistors 17-19 and the gas arrester 20 between the insertion plug 12 and the ground terminal 12c. A pair of connector jacks 15 is arranged at a lower part of the housing 11 as input/output terminals for communication. The gas arrester 21 is connected between the pair of connector jacks 15.
