摘要:本发明公开了一种空气扩散电极的化学配方及其生产方法:在容器中加入1000g的去离子水;然后在该容器中加入43g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚母液,用匀质机高速搅拌5分钟;待溶液充分混合后,在该容器中加入14g高锰酸钾,高速搅拌5分钟形成混合液;在混合液内加入58gVxc-72型活性炭,高速匀质搅拌10分钟;再加入50g聚四氟乙烯母液,低速搅拌20分钟;将混合物料转入烘干箱内进行烘干、脱水、粉碎后形成干粉物料,烘干箱温度控制在120℃-140℃。本发明的积极效果是:解决电极恒流放电时,功率由低向高逐渐爬升的问题。

主权项:一种空气扩散电极的化学配方,其特征在于,包括950g‑1050g的去离子水、40.85g‑45.15g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚母液、13.3g‑14.7g高锰酸钾、55.1g‑60.9g Vxc‑72型活性炭和47.5g‑52.5g聚四氟乙烯母液。
