摘要:A white light emitting diode is provided. The white light emitting diode according to one embodiment of the present invention comprise one or more blue chips having a wavelength range of 440 to 475 nm; one or more green chips having a wavelength range of 520 to 530 nm; and a fluorescent substance emitting light by being excited by light emitted from the blue chips and the green chips, wherein the fluorescent substance is a composite fluorescent substance in which red, yellow, and green fluorescent substances are mixed which emit red, yellow, and green light, respectively.
