摘要:一种具有高吸能性能的汽车防撞梁,用于解决现有汽车防撞梁结构难以兼顾轻量化小型汽车狭小安装空间和保证高效吸能双重要求问题。它包括横梁、对称设置在横梁两侧的吸能器和安装板,吸能器两端分别与安装板和横梁接触,特别之处是:所述横梁由四周框板和中间横梁吸能引导筋构成日字形结构,横梁整体为弧形,在横梁的横截面上,横梁吸能引导筋为弧形,横梁底面为直形,横梁顶面为弧形。本实用新型通过对横梁及吸能器结构的改进,使汽车在发生碰撞时整个汽车防撞梁形成了先横梁吸能,再吸能器吸能的双重吸能效果,通过吸能器加强均匀循环吸能效果,保证了整个汽车防撞梁的高吸能性能。
