CONSTITUTION: A nose washer includes a container body (100), an inner cap (200), an outer cap, a pumping member, and an overcap (500). The container body accommodates contents. The inner cap surrounds and is combined with the top of the container body. The inner cap is formed with a pumping preventing protrusion on the side thereof. The outer cap surrounds and is rotationally combined with the top of the inner cap and moves up and down according to the location of the pumping preventing protrusion. The pumping member discharges contents to the outside by the vertical movement of the outer cap. The overcap surrounds and is combined with the top of the outer cap.
