摘要:本发明提供一种能够容易且正确地测量气体的密度的密度测量系统以及密度的测量方法。该密度测量系统包括:容器(101),其设置有以多个发热温度发热的发热元件,并被注入测量对象混合气体;计算式存储装置(402),其保存以来自多个发热温度下的发热元件的电信号为独立变量、以密度为从属变量的密度计算式;测量部(301),其对来自多个发热温度的各种温度下的与测量对象混合气体接触的发热元件的电信号的值进行测量;和密度计算部(305),其将来自发热元件的电信号的测量值代入到密度计算式中的独立变量,计算所述测量对象混合气体的密度的测量值。

主权项:一种密度计算式制作系统,其特征在于,包括:多种混合气体分别被注入的容器;设置于所述容器的、以多个发热温度发热的发热元件;测量部,其对来自所述多个发热温度的各种温度下的所述发热元件的电信号的值进行测量;和计算式制作部,其基于所述多种混合气体的密度的值、以及来自所述多个发热温度下的所述发热元件的电信号的测量值,制作以来自所述多个发热温度下的所述发热元件的电信号为独立变量、以所述密度为从属变量的密度计算式。
