摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable coating material composition capable of forming a self-restorable coating film on the surface of various substrates, in which generated flaws disappear in a short time.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable self-restorable coating material composition includes: a polyester-based urethane resin (A) having a (meth)acryloyl group at a molecular terminal, and a glass transition temperature of -40°C to -10°C; a polyester-based urethane resin (B) having a (meth)acryloyl group at a molecular terminal, and a glass transition temperature of 50°C to 70°C; and a surface conditioner (C), where used weight ratio [(A)/(B)] of the component (A) and the component (B) is 60/40 to 95/5.
