摘要:本发明涉及一种用于强化鸡蛋营养成分的饲料添加剂,其原料组分及重量份数分别为:竹荪220~300份、谷物混料200~400份、牛磺酸锌2~12.5份、酵母铬2~12.5份、胆碱1~2.5份、D-核糖1~2.5份、电解质0.01~0.025份、维生素0.01~0.025份、生姜粉0.1~0.65份。本发明中竹荪谷物预混后再与含铬益生菌有机发酵,拌入饲料喂饲蛋鸡,可有效催生出含高蛋白等营养成分、低胆固醇和高降糖成分的鸡蛋。

主权项:1.一种用于强化鸡蛋营养成分的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:其原料组分及重量份数分别为:<img file="FDA0000342734971.GIF" wi="1731" he="938" />上述用于强化鸡蛋营养成分的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其步骤为:⑴浸泡:将竹荪和谷物混料置于容器中,浸泡在2000mL饮用水中1~4h;⑵煎煮:将容器中浸泡后的竹荪和谷物混料煎煮,温度保持在100℃,1~3h,降温待用;⑶配置母液:待容器内温度降至50℃时,取煎煮后的汤液300mL放入另一容器,边搅拌边按比例依次加入牛磺酸锌、酵母铬、胆碱、D-核糖、电解质、维生素以及生姜粉,静置得到母液;⑷母液发酵:将配置好的母液在30~40℃发酵,4~7天后,加水至混合液体积为1000mL,得到深色糊状液体,烘干、冷却后即得本添加剂。
