摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided metal foil-clad laminated plate freely bendable and excelling in dimensional stability and tear resistance, and a flexible printed wiring board. SOLUTION: The double-sided metal foil-clad laminated plate 1 includes adhesive films 2a, 2b with metal foil formed by holding polyimide films 31a, 31b on both faces of a cured body 21 of prepreg with a thermosetting resin composition impregnated in a fiber base material 16, by adhesive resin films 41a, 41b and metal foil 11a, 11b so that the metal foil 11a, 11b are on the outside. The thickness of the polyimide films 31a, 31b is 3-10μm, the thickness of the adhesive resin films 41a, 41b is 10-50μm, and the thickness of the double-sided metal foil-clad laminated plate 1 is 300μm or less.
