摘要:本实用新型公开了一种超高压开关设备的焊装工装夹具,其特征在于:所述焊装工装夹具包括内圈和把手,两者焊接为一体式结构。所述内圈的内环直径为80mm,内圈厚度为20mm。所述把手长度为130mm,与内圈的连接长度为20mm。本实用新型结构简单,在焊装时,只需将该夹具内圈套在焊接柱体上,并将待焊接的材料紧紧围在夹具内圈的外沿部分,然后焊接成型即可。本实用新型操作方便,焊接尺寸准确,工作效率高。
