摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of position estimation. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal 101 receives a GPS signal which can identify the position of the mobile communication terminal at periodic reception clock time T1-T6. A terminal control device estimates the position of the mobile communication terminal 101 at clock time t1-t8 including the periodic reception clock time T1-T6 on the basis of the position determined by the GPS signal received by the mobile communication terminal 101. The terminal control device determines whether or not at least any of estimated positions p2, p4, p6, and p8 at the periodic reception clock time T3-T6 is included in a non-sensitive area E1 where the mobile communication terminal 101 cannot receive the GPS signal. If it is determined some are included, the terminal control device will calculate clock time T3-2 before entry clock time t3 when the mobile communication terminal 101 went into the non-sensitive area E1 and after the reception clock time T3 right before the entry clock time t3 among the reception clock time T1-T6.
