摘要:一种生物质固体燃料造粒机,它包括在机架上固连的电机与减速机固连,减速机与主轴固连,主轴与搅龙体内设置的搅龙固连,搅龙体上设有料斗,搅龙体出料口一端装在筛鼓内,筛鼓装于与搅龙体固连的出料罩内,在筛鼓内置有与筛鼓内成型表面相接触的辊轮,其特点是:筛鼓固连在主轴上;辊轮的轴端固连有辊轮升降套,辊轮驱动齿轮与辊轮升降套转动支座固连,在辊轮升降套转动支座内置的压力弹簧上端面与辊轮升降套相接触,辊轮驱动齿轮通过介轮与付轴上的传动齿轮相啮合,付轴上的从动齿轮与主动轴上的主动齿轮相啮合;在搅龙体出料口上套置洒料咀。具有结构合理,造粒效率高,成型质量好,成本低等优点,颗粒状物料主要作为燃料,亦可作为牲畜饲料。

主权项:一种生物质固体燃料造粒机,它包括机架(22),在机架(22)上固连的电机(1)与减速机(3)固连,减速机(3)与主轴(6)固连,主轴(6)与搅龙体(21)内设置的搅龙(13)固连,搅龙体(21)上设有料斗(12),搅龙体(21)出料口一端装在筛鼓(8)内,筛鼓(8)装于与搅龙体(21)固连的出料罩(7)内,在筛鼓(8)内置有与筛鼓(8)内成型表面相接触的辊轮(9),所述的筛鼓(8)固连在主轴(6)上,其特征是:辊轮驱动齿轮(16)与辊轮升降套转动支座(17)固连,辊轮驱动齿轮(16)与介轮(15)相啮合,介轮(15)与付轴(19)上固连的传动齿轮(14)相啮合,付轴(19)上固连的从动齿轮(20)与主轴(6)上固连的主动齿轮(4)相啮合,所述辊轮(9)的轴端固连有辊轮升降套(10),在辊轮升降套转动支座(17)内设置压力弹簧(11),压力弹簧(11)的上端面与辊轮升降套(10)相接触。
