摘要:本发明公开了一种陶瓷薄板制造方法,包括:(1)加水加胶水湿磨混料,混料包括矿物纤维、粘土和滑石,再将它们制成泥团;(2)采用圆筒射出方式将泥团压制成泥板,再压制泥板以成型为泥坯;(3)采用微波方式干燥泥坯,再切割泥坯制成砖坯;(4)为砖坯施釉;(5)在施釉砖坯上印花;(6)加热干燥施釉印花后的砖坯;(7)入窑高温烧制施釉印花后的砖坯成半成品;(8)抛光磨边半成品成陶瓷薄板。它具有如下优点:能避免砖坯在后续烧制过程中变形,省略素烧工段,降低能耗,产品吸水率低,降低产品成本,产品具有极高的性价比,拥有较强的国际竞争力。
