摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser tracker for allowing a laser beam to track a target faster while maintaining accuracy when the target moves. <P>SOLUTION: The laser tracker 1 has information processing means 7 for processing a detected angle detected by angle detection means 4 and a measured distance measured by distance measurement means 6 respectively. The information processing means 7 includes a plurality of counters for counting the number of pulses to be output of the detected angle detected by the angle detection means 4 or the measured distance measured by the distance measurement means 6 and switches the plurality of counters in accordance with a moving speed of a target.
