摘要:SiO2—NaF—Eu:YAG系玻璃陶瓷制备方法,涉及一种陶瓷制备方法,其制备方法,首先采用低温燃烧法制备出Eu:YAG粉体,稀土离子含量为0.1—15%,然后经熔融法制备出SiO2—NaF—Eu:YAG系统的玻璃陶瓷;其陶瓷摩尔百分组成为SiO2:35—55,NaF:42—60,Eu:YAG:1—18,本发明采用SiO2—NaF—Eu:YAG系统,得到主晶相为Eu:YAG的玻璃陶瓷,生产成本低,工艺简单,可实现规模化生产,具有高激发效率、寿命长、高热导率等优良的物理化学性质,可实现补充光纤通讯信号在传输过程中的能量损失,从而实现长距离,高容量的光通讯。

主权项:SiO2—NaF—Eu:YAG系玻璃陶瓷制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下过程:Eu:YAG粉体的制备,按以下的摩尔百分比的配方Al(NO)3:50ml(0.1mol/L),Y(NO)3:28.5ml(0.1mol/L),Eu(NO)3:1.5ml(0.1mol/L),乙二醇:0.89ml,柠檬酸:1.401g称量(分析纯),在烧杯中充分混合,放在电炉上缓慢蒸干,得到黑褐色的Eu:YAG前驱体,倒入刚玉坩埚中,在电阻炉中850—1200℃保温2h,得到Eu:YAG粉体;按以下摩尔百分比的配方SiO2:35—55(分析纯),NaF:42—60(分析纯),Eu:YAG:1—18称量原料,将原料混合均匀后倒入铂金坩埚中熔化,熔化温度为1250—1600℃,保温0.5—2小时,将熔化好的玻璃液倒在不锈钢模具上,然后放入马弗炉中于玻璃转变温度Tg处保温1—2小时进行退火,关闭马弗炉自然冷却至室温后取出;根据得到玻璃样品的热分析实验数据,将玻璃放入电阻炉进行微晶化热处理,关闭电源随炉冷却至室温后取出,得到主晶相为Eu:YAG的玻璃陶瓷样品。
