摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface inspection method and an inspecting jig capable of improving surface inspection accuracy in a narrow part, and workability of surface inspection work. <P>SOLUTION: A surface inspection method comprises: injecting a dissolved material L to a surface T to be inspected in a narrow part formed between an edge surface A of a projection part 114a and an edge surface B of a projection part 114d in adjacent shrouds 114; bringing a transfer material 23 held at the tip part of a rod-like inspecting jig 11 into close contact with the surface T to be inspected with the adhered dissolved material L; holding the inspecting jig 11 only for a predetermined time in the state that the transfer material 23 is in close contact with the surface T to be inspected; releasing the holding of the inspecting jig 11 to peel the transfer material 23 from the surface T to be inspected; and observing a replica R of the surface T to be inspected formed in the transfer material 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
