摘要:本发明公开了一种高炉用含碳球团的制备方法,属于含碳球团技术领域。其步骤为:(1)按质量份数称取烧结机头电除尘灰11~13份、高炉瓦斯泥38~42份、炉前矿槽除尘灰20~22份、无钙铬渣17~19份、钒钛磁铁精矿10~12份、氧化锆3~5份、膨润土1~2份和消石灰1份,并将烧结机头电除尘灰、高炉瓦斯泥、炉前矿槽除尘灰和无钙铬渣分别研磨成120~200目的细粉;(2)将上述物料混合,逐步加入盘式成球机制成含碳球团;(3)将步骤(2)的含碳球团加入转底炉中还原。本发明将烧结机头电除尘灰、高炉瓦斯泥、炉前矿槽除尘灰和无钙铬渣作为球团组分使用,大大地降低了含碳球团的生产成本,且机械性能好。

主权项:一种高炉用含碳球团的制备方法,其步骤为:(1)按质量份数称取烧结机头电除尘灰11~13份、高炉瓦斯泥38~42份、炉前矿槽除尘灰20~22份、无钙铬渣17~19份、钒钛磁铁精矿10~12份、氧化锆3~5份、膨润土1~2份和消石灰1份,并将上述的烧结机头电除尘灰、高炉瓦斯泥、炉前矿槽除尘灰和无钙铬渣分别研磨成120~200目的细粉;(2)将步骤(1)中的烧结机头电除尘灰、高炉瓦斯泥、炉前矿槽除尘灰、无钙铬渣、钒钛磁铁精矿、氧化锆、膨润土和消石灰混合,逐步加入盘式成球机制成直径为12~14mm的含碳球团;(3)将步骤(2)制得的含碳球团加入转底炉中还原,其装入区的布料层为一层含碳球团,加热区的温度控制为1000~1050℃,还原区温度控制为1280~1320℃。
