摘要:本发明属于中药技术领域,具体公开了一种大活络胶囊的制备方法,大活络胶囊的药味组成为:红参、白术、甘草、熟地黄、当归、何首乌、龟甲(醋制)、乳香(制)、没药(制)、血竭、赤芍、肉桂、两头尖、麝香、冰片、安息香、沉香、木香、丁香、香附、犀角、乌药、青皮、制草乌、麻黄、细辛、羌活、防风、蕲蛇、乌梢蛇、虎骨、松香、骨碎补(烫、去毛)、天麻、天南星(制)、全蝎、僵蚕、地龙、葛根、豆蔻、广藿香、贯众、牛黄、大黄、黄连、黄芩、玄参和威灵仙。通过本发明的实施,可以提高本发明药物中各组分的稳定性,减少药物有效成分的损失,提高产率和药品质量可控性。

主权项:1.一种大活络胶囊的制粒干燥方法,其中所述大活络胶囊组方为,<img file="FSB00000965272500011.GIF" wi="1255" he="1471" />其中骨碎补制法为烫制去毛,其特征在于,采用以下方法制备:以上48味药物,取血竭、天南星(制)混合进行粉碎粒度为10-200微米超细粉碎成细粉,麝香、冰片、牛黄、水牛角浓缩粉,其余药物进行超细粉碎,粉碎粒度为10-200微米,与牛黄、水牛角浓缩粉配研,过筛、混匀;取233g细粉,加入15%g/ml炼蜜与80%乙醇混合液150毫升,制成软材,过12目筛,干燥,另将麝香和冰片用25毫升60%乙醇研磨制成混悬液,喷加于上述颗粒中,混匀,挥去乙醇,制成胶囊1000粒,即得,其特征在于所述的干燥工艺为:55-60摄氏度低温干燥2-6小时,每隔1小时翻动一次,16目筛整粒,其中烘干颗粒厚度为0.5厘米。
